"This Moment"

I wish this moment would last,
I would be happy in it forever.
Right now, it is just you and me,
Rejoicing in our love together.
You whisper, "I love you,"
And my heart melts,
"I love you too," I say,
And I mean it, like I never have before.
I could live to hear those words,
And I would die for the same.
I want to spend eternity with you,
Loving you, needing you, wanting you,
Sometimes a touch can mean the world,
Sometimes a smile can say a thousand things,
I wish I could express how I feel,
Right now, in this moment, with you,
I can see only extreme happiness,
All my pain has gone away.
I only dread leaving this moment,
I have to enter again into reality,
But for now...
"I love you..."
